Christmas is coming and Bob the Builder is very excited as his twin brother Tom, a zoologist in the Arctic Circle, is coming home! Bob wants a quiet Christmas with his brother, but the new town Mayor has organised a special concert, featuring local rock star Lennie Lazenby, and asks Bob to sort out the stage, the lights and a thousand other jobs!
