On July 1, 2043, General, the leader of the largest criminal group, is arrested and will be sentenced by Yu Tit-hung in a week's time. General sends his follower Kin to go back to the year of 1993 to brainwash the young Tit-hung, so that he will not be able to judge him. Meanwhile, the government also sends three members of Future Cops, Iron-Face, Broom Head and Sing to the past to rescue Yu Tit Hung.
