Anna has been dating Jeremy for four years with no engagement so she sets off for Ireland to propose to him on 29 February - its a leap year. Her plan is scuppered when her plane is diverted to Cardiff so she hires a boat to Cork. She then hires Declan, a surly hotelier to taxi her to Dublin.
