Once a civil servant, Mace Sowell (Patrick Stewart) is battling with Alzheimer's and acute paranoia as he lives in his secluded house: a chock-a-block with modern weapons and surveillance equipment. Following a series of violent and unfortunate incidents, Mace confides in his caregiver Andi and the two set out on a mission to quell his paranoia forever.
