At the height of the Black Power movement in America during the late 1960s and early 1970s, one of the only countries to offer a sympathetic ear to the likes of Stokey Carmichael and Bobby Seale was Sweden. This documentary culls footage from that period, when a number of Swedish journalists followed the activists across America and Europe in the fight for their rights. Featuring rarely seen footage and music from The Roots, Michael Jackson and Erykah Badu, this is a remarkable account of a turbulent period.
