Dwarf Finbar McBride inherits an abandoned railway station and moves in. He avoids social contact and likes his isolated life but Joe and Olivia disrupt it. Joe has a refreshment stand and Olivia is a reclusive artist who's grieving the loss of her son. As they bring Fin out of his shell, all are affected by the new friendships.
