Bombay To Bangkok is a 2008 romantic comedy starring Shreyas Talpade, Lena Christensen, Naseeruddin Shah and others. A petty thief steals money from a local don and escapes by joining a team of doctors, who are on their way to Bangkok for relief work. Somehow, the thief loses all the stolen money. In Thailand, he meets a Thai girl who thinks that he is a real doctor. Their romance begins as she becomes an unsuspecting accomplice in his adventure.
